Dear Range Members and Guests,
The board of directors have elected to allow the general public to begin using the range starting Friday, May 22. As an organization in El Dorado County, the board of directors has elected to continue to provide the following guidelines for all range users to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. Please review the below information before coming to the range or volunteering as an RSO. If you have questions about these rules, please email Board President, Dick Cox at dcox@cal.net.
- Social distancing is still EDGC policy
- Face masks for RSO’s and shooters are mandatory
- There is a one hour time limit if other shooters are waiting
- “Shoot and Leave” policy is still in effect
- The Lead RSO’s (the RSO who is listed on the calendar) and one assist RSO are allowed to park behind/next to their range. All other RSO’s and shooters must park in the main parking lot.
- Open Pistol and Open Rifle sessions will only utilize every other shooting lane. Five lanes for Pistol and seven lanes for Rifle will be available.
